2017 Security Promotion

JAZZ HOMES PTY LTD SECURITY PROMOTION 2017

RULES AND CONDITIONS

1. The Jazz Homes Pty Ltd FREE Security Pack Promotion is conducted by Jazz Homes Pty Ltd ACN 142 451 974 (“Jazz Homes”).
2. To enter the promotion you must have either signed a contract for the purchase of a house owned by Jazz Homes or signed a contract for the construction of a house with Jazz Homes during the period of the promotion.
3. Multiple entries are not permitted (one (1) entry per purchasing entity is permissible only).
4. The promotion will run for the period from 9.00 am 21st October 2017 to 9.00 am on 31st December ,2017.
5. All customers of Jazz Homes who have either signed a contract for the purchase of a house owned by Jazz Homes or signed a contract for the construction of a house with Jazz Homes during  period of the promotion will be automatically entered in the promotion and will be eligible (with one entry per purchasing entity) to obtain the FREE Security Pack.
6. All persons entered in the promotion do so subject to these rules and conditions.
7. The FREE Security Pack comprises a security Camera System, Security Alarm System, Dead Lock to Front Door, Upgrade to Aliview Screens throughout and is valued at over $5,400 (excluding GST)
8. The FREE Security Pack is not transferable and no other discounts are applicable.
9. Entry is only open to Australia residents aged eighteen (18) years or over. Officers and employees of Jazz Homes will not be eligible to be or become entrants in the promotion.
