The connection was instant

When we decided to sell our house and move out to Mount Margaret, the next decision was who to build with. My husband worked for Local Government in the building sector and always thought highly of the homes that Peter Breen built.

We walked into the Jazz display home where we were greeted by Robyn. The connection was made instantly, you know when you just click with someone. Robyn was so easy to discuss what we wanted in our new home and gave us extremely good advice and recommendations. Robyn proceeded to draw up our ideas and email us options.

The journey of the build went so smoothly, not to mention quickly as well. Peter is renowned for his forward planning regarding trades and materials, so that the project continues to flow to reach the completion dates with minimal disruption. Any concerns the team were straight on to them so that they did not become a problem.

We are now in our new house and could not be happier with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. We could not recommend Peter and his team at Jazz Homes highly enough. If we ever decided to build again, we would only build with Jazz Homes.

We couldn’t be happier with our new home. From start to finish dealing with everyone at Jazz Homes has been seamless and effortless.

Their professionalism and experience allowed us to design a beautiful home within our budget, ensuring we had all the little features we wanted for our first home. The build process was second to none – we were updated every week with the progress and kept in the loop with all of the suppliers and contractors.

The end product was a beautiful new home, that we are so proud to show off to our family and friends. We get so many compliments on the finishes. We would highly recommend Jazz Homes to anyone wanting to build their dream home.

Right from the beginning of the process, the designer Robyn listened to what we asked for and designed us a home we love. She didn’t just agree and build what we originally said we wanted, she took the time to ask questions about our family and suggested alterations and improvements for better livability for the family now and also into the future.

Robyn and Jo in the office were always happy to answer questions, look into different  ideas and alleviate worries we had, and never once made us feel like we were a pain or inconvenience to them. They always answered the phone to us or called us back in a timely manner. I am a worrier and second guessed all of my choices. Robyn and Jo were relaxed and supportive and offered great advice and helped me visualise the end product.

The communication was great throughout the process with a weekly update from Jo after Monday meetings. Both Robyn and Jo were quick to answer emails and also helped with Grant paper work.

The builder Peter was always around and was happy to chat when he saw us looking around onsite.  We thought he went above and beyond ordering in more tiles, just so we could have spares in the cupboard! Definitely did not expect that!

We started our journey waiting for land to register but as soon as it did, Jazz was off and running. Even with Covid 19 holdups, we have been the first to move into our new home and all our new neighbours are now wishing they have built with Jazz.

We have had a really good experience with Jazz and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to build a new home.

Every little detail

Jazz Homes worked with us to create a custom plan and helped make our dream home come true from big picture down to every little detail.

Robyn was so patient and accommodating to all our needs and questions. Communication was excellent throughout and changes and problems solved easily. Peter builds an excellent home and ensures all work completed is well above standard. We absolutely love our new home and we did not find even one flaw on our final walk through.

Highly recommend the team at jazz homes to anyone looking to build their dream home. Building your first home is very stressful but from the first meeting with Robyn we felt we had made the right choice in builders. The whole team is professional, efficient and great to deal with.
